ALLEAN S. COLBERT, 62, died December 7, 2010 at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation will be Friday, December 10 from 3-6 p.m. at E. H. Ford Mortuary. Services will be 12 noon, Saturday, December 11 at Greater Imani Church and Christian Center, 3034 Austin Peay Hwy. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Colbert leaves her husband, John “J. Blackfoot” Colbert; two daughters, Marisa Colbert and Marlita White (Michael); one son, Mario Colbert (D’Lynne); stepdaughter, Lathoris Brown (Monoteus); mother, Alice Ward; five sisters, Sharon Ward, Cynthia Hart, Bessie Tunstall, Starlette Ward and Ada Sandlin; six brothers, Jeromie Barnett, Leon Ward, Jr., Orlando Ward, Adrian Ward, Jarvis Ward and Philando Ward, and 11 grandchildren.
