CORA COOPERWOOD, 76, of Memphis, TN, retired from the Internal Revenue Service, died January 22, 2012. Mrs. Cooperwood was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School Class of 1953 and a member of Bloomfield Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Daphne (Calvin) Brown and Terri C. Jones both of Memphis; one son, Charles Cooperwood, Jr., of Arizona; one sister, Kala Chism of Memphis; one brother, Nathaniel Berkley of Memphis; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives and friends.
