George ”Pops” Louis Graham, Sr. was born on August 4, 1950 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Ann and Dennis Graham. On Thursday, June 30, 2011 he departed this life. His commitment to Christ and his spiritual journey began at an early age. George was an employee of Southaven Pontiac and an alumnus of Booker T. Washington High School. He was a member of North Star #164 and Moolah Temple # 54. George leaves to cherish his memory: his son, George Jr, daughter, Kristie (Rodney) Jefferson Godson, Edgar Bennett and his siblings: Sandra Harris, Janice Graham, Julius Winselle (Christine), Dennis James Graham, Christopher Graham, Timothy Bennett, Richard Bennett (Victoria) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. His unconditional love for his grandchildren, Donavon, Chloe, Kyla, Darren and Gianni was undeniable. Visitation will be Friday, June 8 at R. S. Lewis Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. The funeral will be held at Cornerstone Institutional Baptist Church, 7288b E. Shelby Drive, with interment at Forest Hill Cemetery. R. S.
