JOYCE ANN COCHRANE FOSTER, 63, graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, affiliate broker with Crye-Leike Realtors, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, went to be with the Lord early Sunday morning, May 1, 2011, after a brief illness. She leaves precious memories with her loving husband, Lawrence “Billy” Foster; devoted daughters, Renee (Uzell II) Bowen, Rochelle (Mark) Miller, Ashley (Quincy) Foster-West, Vickie Foster and son, Brian Foster; eight loving grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three brothers-in-law, and a host of cousins and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, May 5 from 6-8 p.m. at R. S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 374 Vance Avenue. Funeral services will be Friday, May 6 at 11 a.m. at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 767 Walker Avenue, with Rev. Dr. Reginald L. Porter, Senior Pastor, officiating.
