LAURA EPHRIAM, 89, 1938 graduate of Booker T.
Washington High School retired employee of Memphis City Schools, died
February 28, 2009 at Allenbrooke Nursing Home. Visitation will be from
10 a.m. until service at 12 noon, Saturday, March 7 at Warren United
Methodist Church. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 9 in National
Cemetery. She leaves one brother, Robert Shaffers; a host of nieces,
nephews, godchildren and loving close friends at Warren United Methodist
Church. Loving spiritual sister, Geraldine Stokes, caregivers, Vanessa
