MARCELLUS JACKSON, SR. went to his heavenly home, November 14, 2009. He was a retired Motor Vehicle Operator for the U. S. Postal Service. Visitation, Thursday, November 19, 2009, from 5 7 p.m. at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven Chapel and 10 a.m. until 10:55 a.m. Funeral at 11:00 a.m. at Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church, 487 W. Levi Road. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery. He leaves 2 daughters, La-Kiesha Pate and Valarie Hardy, 3 sons Marcellus Jackson II, Marcus Scott and Rodney Carter, all of Memphis. 2 sisters, Dorothy (Virgil) Abston and Mary Webb of Memphis.
