ROBERT COLLINS, 66, passed away November 2, 2009 in Columbus, GA. Born October 3, 1943 in Memphis, TN to the late William and Alice Collins. He was a 1962 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He retired after 30 years of service from the U.S. Army with the rank of Command Sergeant Major.
