ROSETTA OWENS, 59, of Memphis, LPN for Americare
Rehabilitation Center, graduate of Booker T. Washington High School,
class of ‘68, graduate of Baptist School of Nursing, died March 12, 2009
as a result of a car accident. Visitation will be from 4-6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 19 at N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be at
12 noon, Friday, March 20 at The Healing Center on Tchulahoma. Burial
will be in Memorial Park South Cemetery on Hacks Cross. She leaves her
husband, Albert Owens; two daughters, Christina Owens and Tracy Owens
Taylor; three sons, Dewayne Owens, Sr. (Yolanda), Keith Owens
(Stephanie) and Michael Milliken (Beverly), all of Memphis; mother,
Alberta Moore of Memphis; father, Harry Coleman of Memphis; four
sisters, Carolyn Visor, Anne Bullard, Loretta Coleman, all of Memphis
and Irma Jones Noble of Nashville, TN; 15 grandchildren; one
great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins
