TERRY HUNTER ADDISON, SR., 85, of Memphis, retired U.S. Postal Service, graduate of B. T. Washington, attended LeMoyne Owen College, USMC, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, former Sabbath School Superintendent and member of Longview Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church, died June 27, 2011. Visitation, Tuesday, July 5 from 5-7 p.m. at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven Chapel. Services 12 p.m., Wednesday, July 6 at Longview Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church. Burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Addison was preceded in death by his wife, Carsaunder G. Addison, two brothers, Percy Addison and Matthew Addison. He leaves two sons, Terry Jr. (Michele) and Richard (Salissia); one sister, Christine Cox; one brother, Eugene Addison; four grandchildren, Terry III, Lauryn, Matthew, and Stacia; two great-grandchildren, Micah and Matthew.
